Money to repay investors hurt by fraud barely touched

A federal initiative to repay investors who lost money because of corporate misdeeds had collected $2.6 billion and returned only a few million dollars to shareholders. Officials with the Securities and Exchange Commission maintain and track the payment to be done to the investors whose stocks suffered due to the firm's fraud.

Strong will pay huge fine for traders

As a result, the founder Richard Strong was banned from money-management business and fined a penalty of 60 million dollar.
