Philadelphia's governor has decided to stop on the more than $360 million Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program grants approved by the previous governor due to lack of funds. The governor's move could affect projects worth more than a hundred million dollars that are already pledged and for which matching amounts are already raised but there seems to be no solutions in sight.
