Computational modeling approaches to structure-functional analysis of G protein-coupled receptors
Article Abstract:
The results of computational experiments attempted in past are reviewed to gain insights into different aspects of family A G protein-coupled receptors (GPCR) function. GPCRs constitute the largest superfamily of membrane proteins known to date and regulate any aspect of cell activity by transmitting extracellular signals inside the cell.
