The search for larger and more weakly coordinating anions
Article Abstract:
The coordination- and reaction-to-metal properties of different larger and more weakly coordinating anions than the classical 'noncoordinating' anions are presented. A metal may be solubilize in a weakly coordinating solvent by using a larger anion. The weakly cooordinating anions nust have a low total charge, a high degree of charge delocalization, no basic sites and a high degree of kinetic and thermodynamic stability.

Discrete fulleride anions and fullerenium cations
Article Abstract:
A review of latest developments in fullerene chemistry is presented. Particular attention is given to the charged redox states of the unusual curved-carbon structures. The subtle nature of Jahn-Teller effects and impurity effects means that there are unsolved questions in almost every element of the physical characterization of discrete fullerene ions.

Growth and trends of fullerene research as reflected in its journal literature
Article Abstract:
Journal publication and citation analysis have been used to assess the growth, structure and sources of international fullerene research. The only subfield indicating an increasing trend in aggregated citations is nanotubes research.
