Article Abstract:
Psychological testing company London House (Park Ridge, II) has developed a new Employee Attitude Inventory for companies that want to prevent employee theft. The inventory measures factors that affect the quality of job performance, such as attitudes, values, perceptions, and tolerance levels regarding theft. London House says even reliable employees can become involved in theft if their standards are influenced by peer pressure, poor working relationships, and other factors.
