Article Abstract:
Norton Motorcycles is set set to roll out a campaign touting the relaunch of its 100-year-old motorcycle brand. Colle and McVoy Marketing Communications of Minneapolis, MN, will begin the campaign with Web advertising and event marketing designed to highlight the first new line of motorcycles produced by the reorganized firm. Nemesis, the first bike, features eight cylinders, a 24-valve engine, 250 horsepower and can reach speeds of 225 miles an hour, making it the fastest production bike in the world. The agency intends to help the restructured firm capture names of current Norton owners' clubs and past Norton owners online through links between its own Web site and the Web sites of the local Norton owners clubs and other enthusiasts.
