Traditional homes remain top sellers
Article Abstract:
Spyglass Hill community in suburban Fishers, IN, has sold a record of 38 homes in just five months. Builder company Trinity Homes' sales VP Deny Yovanovich says the brisk sales is due to the product quality, affordable price and strategic location. The community, which has already 220 homes in the 124 acres, is actually a part of the larger planned 671-acre of 900-homes community called Legends at Geist to be developed by Land Innovators Co.
