Article Abstract:
Some 7 million pounds sterling is being spent on creating the 9 ha Thames Barrier Park in London, England. French Landscaping Architect Alain Provost was recruited to the consortium of Patel Taylor Architects and engineers Ove Arup and Partners, who won the competition to design the park. Some house builders have already taken advantage of the work on the park and are selling residental buildings overlooking the park at a premium price. The land being used for the park was previously contaminated industrial land.

He has worked on projects such as the Channel 4 headquarters, the telecommunications tower in Barcelona and Waterloo International terminal.
