New Kendell chief faces uphill battle: Peter Pawsey says multidisciplinary consultant is on the 'steep road to recovery'

Peter Pawsey, former managing director of TBV Professional Services, Tarmac's consultancy, became group managing director of Kendell, known as YRM, a consultant. The group comprises YRM Architects & Planners, YRM Engineers and Anthony Hunt Associates. The company reported a 2.4 million pounds sterling pre-tax loss for the year to end April, although Pawsey believes the company is starting to make a recovery. Kendell is down to one quarter of its peak size, following six years of job cuts.
