No-go to go-go
Article Abstract:
Housing developers in Manchester, UK incorporated a wide range of private housing types when building a new housing estate on former wasteland in the inner-city area of the town. Creating affordable housing in a fairly run down area raised the social levels of buyers, with prices of a three-bedroomed dwelling increasing from 41,795 pounds sterling to 77,000 pounds sterling. The scheme received a grant of 6.6 million pounds sterling from the English Partnership.
