Costain has been selected to finalise a bid for the 50 milion pounds sterling design-construct-manage-finance Bridgend prison contract, one of the most advanced PFI projects to date. Stuart Fraser, Costain UK construction director believes that 50% of the company's business will come from PFI markets in three to four years time.
