Paramount Parks, implements changes to improve the park and the experience for the visiting families based on suggestions made by the theme park guests. Surveys are routinely carried out by the park owners via e-mail, web site or cards handed out in parks with feed back sought on rides, upgrades, amenities and other promotional activities.
