Quality a top concern of insulators
Article Abstract:
A fall 1999 survey by Certain Teed Corp and the National Assn of Home Builders Research Center indicates that insulation contractors are making product quality issues their number one priority. One respondent noted that quality of work to minimize the risk of call backs has become critical to avoiding lost time and labor costs. Fifty three percent of the respondents said that contractor certification programs help installers work smarter, while 58% said that quality control is the feature they liked best in these programs.
