Digest deals expand product offerings

Pleasantville, NY-based Reader's Digest Association Inc signed a joint e- commerce agreement with outsourced-services provider StarTrek Inc. The deal will pave the way for the launching of a gift-buying Web site at www.gifts.com before the 1999 Holiday season.
