JVC extends streak of increase in car audio sales

Victor Co. of Japan Ltd. (JVC) says sales of car audio systems in Japan increased 11% in fiscal year 2000 and expects continued increases in 2001 due to new product introductions. A accompanying graph compares sales in Japan to international sales. The Japanese market is slightly larger than the international market.
