Visions are inherent in leading government, industry and science to better conditions and move people to change. Business success through sustainable competitive advantage and growth must be established on a vision that employers and employees can both identify with and moves people to contribute actively. Such an integrated vision must be clearly quantified in terms of specific corporate goals.
