Article Abstract:
Dutch dairy giant Campina Melkunie has decided to delay the opening of a yoghurt factory due to have started production at the beginning of this year in Stupino, just south of Moscow, until the winter, as a direct result of the Russian economic crisis. The company has said that the project will not be shelved, but that projected capacity, originally put at 60 000 tonnes per year, and an investment originally slated at more than US$50m (??48m), might be revised downward.
