A wine critic apologizes profusely for his mistaken views on Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon wines, both of which he truly enjoys drinking presently. He confesses however, to an ambivalent attitude towards Cabernet Sauvignon, which he considers would have more appeal if it were not so ubiquitous.

Look good for its age
Article Abstract:
Most wine lovers read with a great deal of fascination about world-class wines, but one good but overlooked wine that ages well is Muscadet. Its acidity allows it to hold up for a decade. Gewurztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc also age nicely.
