French Chef Michel Bras wins dining's highest accolade

French Chef Michel Bras has won a Michelin Guide three-star rating. His seasonal restaurant is located in the Auvergne countryside. Bras, who is local to the region enjoys strong flavors and local spices. Only one restaurant went from three to two stars, Marc Meneau's L'Esperance.
