Water UK, the association representing all of the country's water and sewerage companies, has launched a Best Practice Campaign to aid those in the catering industry to properly dispose of oils, fats and grease. The association has produced a booklet called Disposal of Fats, Oils and Grease and Food Waste: Best Management Practice for Catering Outlets, to show how blockages can be minimized.
