Home roasting: Getting the most out of your coffee

Roasting coffee beans at home would enable to have fresh coffee along with a wide variety of beans to choose from, where the machines give coffee lovers control over the darkness of their roast as well as the ability to create their own blends. As variety of factors can influence the roast including ambient temperature, humidity and the types of beans used, tips for roasting coffee at home is presented.

A mushroom for all seasons

The dried mushrooms provide an earthy and intense flavor throughout the year. Chefs do not have to depend on the availability of fresh mushrooms always as the wild or exotic mushrooms that are dried have a more deep and intense flavor than their fresh counterparts and are easily available in the market.
