The degrees of Davis

Article Abstract:

The University of California campus in Davis, home to state's leading School of Viticulture and Enology, has helped the U.S. wine industry grow into a global force and also in improving wine quality. The main challenge faced by the Davis's world-renowned winemaking research department is to build on that legacy, as the wine industry now requires original research to improve the quality of their winemaking.
