Article Abstract:
The Asian culinary culture is very vast, diverse, and distinct ranging from enormous Chinese cooking including different meats, a variety of Indian seasoning to precise Japanese cooking. The chief ingredients of Chinese cooking like Chinese greens, wontons, daikon and kimchi of Japanese and Korean cooking, cilantro and lemongrass of Southeast Asia, basmati rice, garam masalas of Indian cuisine are described along with the recipes of important dishes and wines served in Asia.
