The Spanish and Portuguese cuisine uses the same ingredients such as garlic, olive oil, pork and sea food but are significantly different which keeps makes them unique. The main ingredients like almonds, cheeses, and cod, recipes like Paella, the tools, the wines of the region and their main features are described.
