Wild Boar wine cellar stays near home
Article Abstract:
Cal Turner III bought the award winner Wild Boar's wine collection at a price of $1 million when the restaurant declared bankruptcy, adding 5,600 prized wines to his already outstanding collection of the greatest vintages of Bordeaux, Champagne and Port. His prize collection would be the trio of Bordeaux first-growths from the legendary 1961 vintage, the Chateau Lafite Rothschild, Chateau Mouton-Rothschild and Chateau Latour.
