Tempting Tempranillo: Spain's noble red grape stars at Solera in New York

Premier New York Spanish restaurant, Solera, offers a 100 per cent Spanish wine list. The restaurant owner, Rufino Lopez, complements the Spanish cuisine with a selection of 70 wines, many relying on the Tempranillo grape. Recipes included.
