Article Abstract:
Port houses Fonseca and Taylor Fladgate share the prize for best wine of 1997 for their 1994 vintage ports. Both wines earned perfect scores, are reasonably priced and available, and were made by the same winemaker, David Guimaraens. Experts say 1994 will be a legendary vintage year for port wine.

Can Chateau L'Angelus do no wrong?
Article Abstract:
The St-Emilion estate of Chateau L'Angelus began producing outstanding wines in 1988, and the most recent releases of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon are terrific. Winemaker Bouard de Laforest can be credited with the winery's success.
