Chefs between covers: a new batch of cookbooks from restaurants across the country

A host of new cookbooks from popular restaurant chefs across the US has emerged. Matthew Kenney's "Mediterranean Cooking" features beautiful typography and appealing food photography. Recipes from "White Dog Cafe Cookbook" by Judy Wicks and Kevin von Klause are clear and enticing.
