Crab meat: pure and sinful

Crab meat is referred to as food of the gods, since it has an exotic taste and at the same time is costly. Crab cakes have suddenly filled the menus of coastal and inland chefs, a proof that crab meat is everyone's favorite. A recipe showing how to make a crab melt sandwich is presented.

The goose's legacy

Roasting a goose differs from basting turkey in that the former produces a considerable amount of fat. The fat can be saved for use as cooking oil later. The recipe for potatoes roasted in goose fat is presented.
