Article Abstract:

Five salad recipes are presented. The recipes, which include Toasted Barley Salad Bell Pepper, Corn and Grilled Portobello Mushrooms, Sliced Chicken Salad with Chili-Ginger Vinaigrette and Lobster Caesar Salad with Garlic-Lemon Croutons are easy to prepare, light and satisfying.
