Comparative justice in the workplace
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to formulate principles of justice and use them to cases involving differential compensation in the workplace. An account of comparative justice that supports the distinction between individual justice and systemic justice was proposed. The relationship between systems of reward and systems of hiring was then examined. In addition, policies governing the distribution of rewards in the form of promotions or salary raises were analyzed.
