The components of satisfaction with outpatient pharmacy services
Article Abstract:
A study of consumer satisfaction with pharmacy services found the most important factors to be professional communication by the pharmacist, whether the prescription was labeled clearly and filled promptly, and if the waiting area was comfortable and staff courteous. Surveys including attitudinal and demographic data questions were mailed to recent patrons of a midwestern outpatient pharmacy. Data was analysed by means of correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression, and factor analysis.
