A goodwill fly-in of mostly turbine-powered model airplanes was held in Dec 1996 at the Campanopolis Village in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The event, which featured speed runs and short-takeoff competitions, was hosted by Gustavo Campana and had guests coming from several countries.
