All fried up: Chanticleer proves that a public garden can be hotbed of creativity

The Chanticleer, a public garden in Wayne, Pennsylvania, has new beds cropping up every year, sometimes even in mid-season, which is all because of the property's continuing transformation from private estate to public garden, which began 15 years ago. Joe Henderson, a Chanticleer gardener for full-time encourages people to free themselves from the idea that if they plant something; it has to stay there forever.
