Orchid research benefits all plants

Article Abstract:

The development of the micropropagation techniques for orchids reveals that a tissue culture permits millions of plants to be propagated rapidly from only a few parents. How climate affects biological cycles

Article Abstract:

A former USDA research scientist and director of the U.S National Arboretum discusses the fact that the growing and flowering cycles of plants are affected by just the climate of that place. He suggests that it is more important for the gardeners to keep records of temperature changes, level of rains, snow, and wind every year.
