Water, water, everywhere: two ponds and a waterfall connect a house on Long Island Sound to its landscape

Article Abstract:

A house situated on Long Island Sound having two ponds and a waterfall was remodeled so that the patio extended towards the woods and ponds using stone terraces, which gave the extension a natural look. The work was done by landscape architect Liz Hand-Fry and m'ainly consisted of natural stone.

Whose house is it, anyway?

Article Abstract:

Several tips by expert for protecting the house from mice, rats and squirrels, which are among three house invaders, are presented. The two ways include trapping the invader or using the poison making the invader die by internal hemorrhaging or by starvation.
