Effective financing techniques needed to provide structure in property market investing
Article Abstract:
Some effective financing techniques that lenders and investors can apply to solve their under-performing and non-performing commercial real estate problems are offered. The collapse of the property market is partly due to the failure of real estate lenders to use such techniques. The key to providing structure in property market investing depends on sound, long-term underwriting, pro-active expert property management and accelerated economic development.
