Insurance agencies can use customer feedback as a powerful business tool. The market is increasingly focused on the customers' needs, but few agencies use any formal customer satisfaction methods. Insurance agencies should focus their research on their core products and then focus on key customer needs. Executives should avoid focusing on the total level of satisfaction and key on the problems brought to light by dissatisfied customers. A satisfaction survey form developed from customer research is included.
