Article Abstract:
International order may be the ultimate policing mechanism for global inequalities brought about by rapid growth of globalization as an economic phenomenon. Wealth remains centralized in the hands of a powerful few and continues to add pressure to the public yearning for global justice. Progress in world affairs may need to incorporate non-Western ideals into international law. The age of imperialism may be reaching its twilight years.

Article Abstract:
A level of intellectual and professional conflict on gender differences that amounts to a 'war of the worlds' with regard to International Relations is described. New skills are to be adopted and new ways of thinking are to be introduced into the discipline, transforming the level of intellectual and professional conflict.
