The article discusses potential economic gains associated with the legal reforms governing the financing of commercial aircraft as contemplated by UNIDROIT's Convention on International International Interests in Mobile Equipment. The author concludes that the economic gains are substantial and lists the parties they would accrue to.

Solving the Latin American sovereign debt crisis

Latin American countries may have to default on their sovereign debts unless creditor nations aid them. An effective method of aid would be limitations on lawsuits to recover such debt.
