The IRE Journal covered resource center operations through the Pulliam endowment fund income in order to support Database Library and Web services in equipment and data purchases with income from the Knight endowment fund income. The Missouri School of Journalism remains a key supporter of operations as it provides office space and utilities, university discounts, as well as three graduate research assistants.

Estate planning: one more way to aid IRE endowment drive
Article Abstract:
A guideline is presented for constructing an estate plan that includes gifts to the Investigative Reporters and Editors endowment, which funds the IRE Resource Center. Gift possibilities include those via will or trust, lifetime gifts, retirement assets, and those from complex trusts, annuities and funds.
