The minority government of the South African whites and the African National Congress representing the black majority have made great strides in abolishing apartheid. However, distrust prevents the two groups from completing their task. To avoid further violence, independent arbitration may be necessary.

Some simple ways to save billions of dollars
Article Abstract:
The Canadian health-care system allows people who have newly immigrated to Canada or who have been living abroad for many years receive free health care. One way to save money would be to restrict health coverage to immigrants and expatriates until they had been in Canada for at least five years.
