Police raid a mystery, says Future Electronics

The Montreal head office of Future Electronics Inc was raided by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the FBI on Feb 7, 1999. Future, one of the biggest electronic components distributor with annual sales of $2.2 billion, said that the authorities were looking for information in an investigation. Company officials said that they were not provided with the the details of the investigation and were not aware of any wrongdoings.
