Microsoft is marketing Windows 98 as a faster operating system than Windows 95, but most of its selling points are not vital for users. The anti-monopoly lawsuit against Microsoft may actually increase consumer interest in the new product. The lawsuit will not affect distribution of Windows in 98 in the Australian market, which is supplied from Singapore.
