The business world is often rife with trendy management fads and there appears to be a renewed belief in 'mean management' techniques. A better approach would be to follow Canadian CEO Adam Zimmerman's simple advice to do a good job and forget about management trends.

Without a trace

Article Abstract:

Exxon International President Sidney Reso was apparently abducted from his home in Morristown, NJ, on April 29, 1992. Police still are calling it a missing persons case since no legitimate demands from kidnappers have appeared.
