The Reserve Officers Association presented Senator Hillary Clinton with its Presidential Award for her work on behalf of soldiers. Clinton has worked to win over soldiers and their families with old-school constituent service and her staffers have made sure that paychecks of soldiers arrive on time and care packages reach their destination.
