How North Americans help Hamas
Article Abstract:
Arab and Muslim groups in Canada and the US gather frequently at schools and community centers, where funds are collected. Some of these funds find their way to Hamas, which funds both humanitarian projects and terrorism. Efforts to stop the flow of these funds are discussed.

The prime suspect: Fernand Auger's suicide adds to the mystery of a woman's abduction
Article Abstract:
Auger, an ex-con and convicted sex offender, killed himself in High River, Alberta. He was the prime suspect in the disappearance of tanning salon manager Melanie Carpenter, who was abducted Jan 6, 1995 from Surrey, British Columbia. She has yet to be found.
