A recent survey found that 90% of Canadian women are unhappy with some aspects of their bodies, and many are suffering from eating disorders or low esteem. Experts in women's health and body image say women should try to accept their bodies and the aging process rather than try to obtain a 'perfect' body.

Article Abstract:

An estimated 2 million Canadians suffer from autoimmune diseases, and women are more prone to these diseases than men. Researchers are starting to examine the connection between hormones and various diseases such as lupus. There appears to be a correlation between endometriosis and autoimmune diseases.
