The culture of violence: can anyone destroy the legacy of Pol Pot?

Cambodia remains a country that settles disputes with gunfire despite the death of Pol Pot and the imminent collapse of the Khmer Rouge. Political debates are settled with guns, and violence is a common means used by people lusting for power, cattle and land.
