The 'roadmap'
Article Abstract:
The U.S. President George W. Bush's peace plan for a Palestinian State in 2002 lost its momentum very quickly. The three-step roadmap was planned so final borders would be settled by the end of 2005, but was delayed by the United States until the political reforms brought Mahmoud Abbas, the first Palestinian prime minister, to power on 29 April 2003.

David vs. Goliath?
Article Abstract:
Israel had a reputation as a David fighting against Arab Goliath until the 1980s.This trend started with the Lebanon invasion and was strengthened when Israeli troops cut off two Palestinian refugee camps in Beirut, allowing only Israel's Christian Lebanese allies, who were seeking revenge against Palestinian Muslims, to enter.
